Bio-One surpassed my expectations when decluttering a clients home! They understood the delicate situation and acted with much compassion & understanding during the clean out. My client was very nervous and embarrassed but David’s team quickly put her mind at ease as they worked through her home, room by room. Once they were done she was so excited she told me it felt like a huge weight had been taken off her shoulders that she didn’t even realize was there. I had a very sensitive situation that needed to be handled, so I called Bio One Pasco County. David was very understanding and assured me that he would personally make sure everything was taken care of. That very afternoon he came out and gave me an estimate and explained the entire process. The work was completed the very next day! They were very thorough cleaning every nook and cranny. PLEASE READ!!!! I got in a car accident about a month and a half ago and was unable to do my everyday cleanup around the house, ESPECIALLY the kitchen! I had pans and dishes basically stacked to the ceiling w/ mold and rancid residue & smell it was getting to the point where I wasn’t breathing well. Thankfully I found David at Bio-One!! He said he would have someone take care of ALL OF THE DISHES for me the next day! I was so relieved he also saved me from much embarrassment-granted I was too scared to call an ordinary cleaning service and risk them turning me away. He sent me his #1 Esmeralda, now I see why she is- she did an AMAZING JOB.. very thorough and detailed- she really set me up for success. they both know how much I needed a head start with home maintenance during my recovery. Thank you Bio-One for such an amazing experience hopefully I won’t need them again but i know who to call if I do!
