David was very understanding and assured me that he would personally make sure everything was taken care of. That very afternoon he came out and gave me an estimate and explained the entire process. David went above and beyond to help us navigate through this difficult situation. We live in another state and had no idea how to handle this. He was very kind and walked us through the whole process. Went into the house before we did to check things out and made sure the house and vehicle were secure.
