We were working with another company for our medical waste disposals, and we were having nothing but trouble with them. We switched to Bio-One and the experience has been very smooth so far. David is a friendly guy who's great at communication, and he arrived for our appointment on time. We're definitely going to continue with Bio-One going forward!

David went above and beyond to help us navigate through this difficult situation. We live in another state and had no idea how to handle this. He was very kind and walked us through the whole process. Went into the house before we did to check things out and made sure the house and vehicle were secure. Even after they cleaned he was available to answer any questions about how to move forward with the property. I'm so glad this was the first place I called. They did a wonderful job with cleanup. We highly recommend David and his team!
