He was very kind and walked us through the whole process. Went into the house before we did to check things out and made sure the house and vehicle were secure. Even after they cleaned he was available to answer any questions about how to move forward with the property. I'm so glad this was the first place I called. They did a wonderful job with cleanup. David was very understanding and assured me that he would personally make sure everything was taken care of. That very afternoon he came out and gave me an estimate and explained the entire process.
